You can take part from anywhere, in the way that suits you best: walking, running, on two wheels, canoeing, kayaking, on a paddle board or somehow else.
Forget expensive sports equipment for and exchange them for gloves and garbage bags. We challenge you, your spouse, children and friends, your coworkers, relatives, the relatives of your relatives, pets...
- so everyone, come and join us in collecting trash and sharing your experiences during the 72 hours around the world!
You can either join a group departure or set off from wherever you are. You can find the group departures behind the link below.
How do I become a Plogger?
It's so easy! You become a plogger by putting on gloves, grabbing trash bags in your pockets, and picking up the litters along your route in to your trash bag. When the bag is full, you put it in a general waste or sort it properly, if possible.

Frontline plogging is the perfect channel to activate people to collect litter from nature while jogging and outdoors. With BCaster, people can send their own moods and discoveries to a common, reliable and secure platform.
